About me

I'm Meg

I go first.

I've been experimenting with my own nutrition, movement and sleep since my 20s. Over the last decade it became a focused pursuit: hours of books and lectures, testing what I learn, health coaching board certification (NBC-HWC). Following my data to see what's working and what's not.

At 54, I'm healthier than I was in my 20s — not by luck or genetics, but by living what I learn.

Everything I share clears two bars: the peer-reviewed research supports it, and I've tested it myself — often for years. That's the "I go first" part. Then I publish the results, so you can see what's possible and decide what's worth trying in your own life.

I write for high performers 40+. I spent 17 years at Google alongside engineering leaders, and I'm back there now — so I know the pattern. The obstacle is rarely willpower. It's noise. It's health ranked last. Most of all, it's underestimating what health can do.

Is it easy? Doubtful — we're not here for hacks, and real change gets uncomfortable.
Is it worth it? 100%.
What if the effort you put in now paid off for decades, in ways you can't yet see?
That's your Next 50.
