I go first.
I've been experimenting with my own nutrition, sleep and movement since my 20s, when my mom's breast cancer diagnosis sent me looking for causes.
Over the last decade it became a focused pursuit: testing what I learn, board certification in health coaching (NBC-HWC), publishing the results. Meat-free for nearly 30 years. Dairy-free for 15 years. Whole food plant-based for more than 10. Following my data to see what's working and what's not.
At 54, I'm healthier than I was in my 20s — not by luck or genetics, but by living what I learn.
I don't write about anything I haven't tested on myself. The research is in the post, linked, so you can check it. Then I publish the results — so you can see what's possible and decide what's worth trying in your own life.
I write for high performers 40+ because I am one. 18 years at Google, most of it in recruiting — I'm back now, part-time by choice, so health and my parents get the hours they need. Everything here got built around a workday.
