I help people identify their health blind spots.
With well over a decade in leadership roles, and 17 years as a strategic partner to engineering leaders at Google, I know how strategic minds work. I also understand why smart people either ignore their health, make inconsistent attempts at prioritizing it, or go down rabbit holes of health approaches that don't work.
Here's what I've learned: the problem isn't willpower. It's cutting out the noise, focusing on what actually moves the needle, then systematic implementation. Launch and iterate, piece by piece. Evidence-based strategies, not trendy protocols. Implementation that accounts for your unique goals and preferences.
What began as a series of experiments with my own nutrition, movement and sleep in my 20s, 30s, and 40s became a focused pursuit of health education (and practical implementation) over the last decade. At 53, I'm healthier than I was in my 20s - not by luck, accident, or genetics, but by living what I've learned.
I'm passionate about helping others envision their healthiest, happiest self - then building the strategic plan to make it reality.
As a National Board Certified health coach (NBC-HWC), I help people identify their health blind spots and implement changes that not only produce results, but stick.
All about
Evidence-based approaches. Systematic implementation.
NOT ABOUT
Generic wellness advice. One-size-fits-all programs.
I understand why you've been ignoring your health. I've been there too.
If you're ready to change that, I can help. Want results? You'll get them. Want them to last? That too.
Is it easy? Doubtful, we're not here for hacks.
It's probably going to get uncomfortable. That's how real change works. Is it worth it? 100%.
What if your efforts today paid off for decades to come? And if that wasn't enough: in ways you're not yet aware of. What could be more critical and worthy of your time?
